The famed hip-hop producer who tried to make singing sensations out of Paris Hilton and Brooke Hogan could soon be homeless.

SunTrust Bank moved earlier this month to foreclose on the $10 million Miami home of Scott Storch, according to Miami-Dade County records obtained by Page 2.1.

Storch, who helped make a Christina Aguilera a household name and worked for the likes of Beyonce, may have been worth $70 million as late as last year.

It’s been a lighting-quick fall from grace for the 34-year-old Storch, who once made the cover of Rolling Stone magazine under the headline: Hip-hop’s Liberace.

Storch was known to drive around SoFla in Rolls-Royces or Ferraris, spending hundreds of thousands in local nightclubs and keeping an entourage that would make Sean Combs blush with envy.

In his blinged-out heyday, Storch signed for two SunTrust mortgages worth a combined $7.75 million so he could buy a 10-bed, 16-bath mansion on Miami’s Palm Island. He hasn’t made monthly payments for most of this year, even after borrowing another $170,000 from friends, according to court papers.

Storch’s sprawling home also has been liened by an electric company for $11,215 and a security system installer. Storch still owes $17,151 for his state-of-the-art camera network — a system that couldn’t keep out repo men.

Over the past month, Storch saw his Ferrari Scaglietti and his prized motorcycle, a Bones Bike, repossessed.

Storch’s lawyer, Guy Spiegelman, didn’t return calls. But two weeks ago, he described Storch’s problem in an interview with the Associated Press as “a cash flow problem.”

Riding the popularity of a unique sound that blended techno and Middle Eastern riffs, Storch tried to make his then-galpal Hilton into a singer in 2006. But the songs he’d come up with were deemed too sexual for radio. A year later, his album for Hogan flopped.

Storch hasn’t had a hit since then.

Zo’s Groove would be deeper if Lebron, Latifah paid own way

Miami Heat superstar Alonzo Mourning may be a Hall of Fame shoo-in, but his fundraising — Zo’s Summer Groove, which took place last weekend with Olympian Dwyane Wade, rapper Queen Latifah and comic Chris Tucker — won’t make the cut.

According to the Groove’s most recent IRS filings, the five-day event that includes golf, celebrity basketball, a gala and a comedy fest donates to various youth projects just under 30 cents per dollar raised.

Non-profits donating 70 cents per dollar or better are considered efficient.

The Groove’s numbers aren’t as bad as retired Dolphins QB Dan Marino’s celebrity golf tournament, which once ran overheads reaching 72 percent by offering a purse to celebrity winners. Or Hollywood star Alec Baldwin’s cancer fundraiser, in which expenses once exceeded revenues.
Mourning’s charity has given more than $8 million over the years to inner-city youth centers in and around Miami.

But he could’ve given more, if it weren’t for the dozen or so celebs who come each year. While they’re not paid, many of the A-listers who come to the Groove siphon away a large bang from the buck. First-class flights, limo rides, parties and first-class hotels all are included.
The event is paying an estimated $140,000-plus to fly in multimillionaire ball players like Cleveland Cavaliers superstar Lebron James, Seattle’s Kevin Durant and others. And that’s just the beginning.

“It costs money to make money,” said event accountant and board member Allen Furst.
According to the latest filings available, the 2006 event cost nearly $1.9 million to put together. At the end of the day, $2.8 million fell into the coffers of the non-profit even if, on paper, the charity lost nearly $90K that year.
Expenses included: $123,000 for golfing fees; $33,622 for bowling fees; $88,066 for
after-parties, and $141,495 for transportation.
“We do try to minimize the costs,” Furst said. “But at the same time, we need to create an environment in which it’s possible to raise money.
“I keep telling Zo he needs to have these guys fly themselves. But some of the young kids
don’t seem to know better.”

Mourning could not be reached for comment.

Belichick’s chick settles suit over credit card debt

New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick may want to keep a discreet eye on his credit card bills.

His galpal, Tequesta mom Linda Holliday, recently settled a lawsuit in a Palm Beach County court in which she was accused of using an ex-boyfriend’s credit card — and failing to make good on her promise to pay the guy back.

cutcard.jpgThe ex, Jupiter property management company owner Bill Mayfield, said he couldn’t comment because the March settlement includes a confidentiality agreement.

“All I can say is that I never sued anyone in my entire life before this,” he said.

According to court documents, the 45-year-old Holliday racked up $26,314 worth of charges on Mayfield’s credit card between October 2006 and February 2007. About $18,704 remained unpaid by late 2007, according to court documents, sparking the lawsuit.

Holliday mostly used the card to stock up her fashion store Blue Indigo on Dixie in Tequesta, according to a lien that Mayfield slapped on the lady’s business. Among other purchases: jewelry, clothing and trips.

“Ms. Holliday did get permission to use the credit card from Mr. Mayfield,” said Mayfield’s attorney, collection guru John Koenig Jr. “But she didn’t pay him back for a long time.”

Koenig declined to discuss the secret settlement.

Mom-of-two Holliday, who didn’t return calls, told court officials she took Mayfield on trips that she paid for, and her expenses totaled about what she owed him.

Mayfield, meanwhile, has been telling friends (including one who talked at length to Page 2.1 about Mayfield’s relationship with Holliday) how he found out that his then-girlfriend had spent time with Belichick. Holliday and the Patriots’ top dog met at the Palm Beach Gardens nightspot Noche while on a “girls night out” in February 2007.

Mayfield cut her off the following morning — after he signed for a flower delivery from Belichick. The note read: “Thanks for the wonderful evening. Bill.”

Belichick said he didn’t want to discuss his galpal’s lawsuit.

“You need an interview about this?” the grumpy football Yoda said when reached at home in Weston, Mass. “Any interview request needs to go through the Patriots.”

Of course, no one at Patriots headquarters would comment.

Are Hulk and Linda Hogan hung up on the Brooke look?

Not so long ago, paparazzi snapped away as American Gladiator host Hulk Hogan rubbed sun tan lotion all over singer-daughter Brooke’s body.

Now this.

Hulk’s soon-to-be ex-wife Linda showed off her 19-year-old boytoy Charlie Hill in West Palm Beach Sunday night and, guess what? He’s starting to look a lot like Brooke.

Creepy, ain’t it?

Check out Page 2.1’s picture of Linda and her young entourage. It was taken at the downtown watering-hole E.R. Bradley’s Sunday evening. The 48-year-old was munching on a dish called “Triple Crown” with a teenage threesome.

Believe it or not, the person to her left is none other than the androgynous Charlie, her boyfriend of five months.

A couple of years ago, he was a student at a Clearwater high school, with Brooke. They must’ve shared hair-coloring tips.

The other boy, by the way, is an unidentified friend of Charlie’s. Not shown here is a third young man, who was briefly absent when the picture was snapped.

Linda Hogan and her crew arrived at E.R. Bradley’s about 6:30 p.m. Sunday and settled down on the terrace overlooking the Intracoastal.

“Linda and Charlie were definitely lovey-dovey,” said Bradley’s Manager Jan Coniglio. “There was some canoodling, hand-holding, lingering looks.”

Hogan and friends ordered a Triple Crown, a combo of crab, lobster and scallops. In true teenage fashion, Charlie asked for nachos and an ice tea. The other youngsters had Coke as Linda sipped chardonnay.

While obviously going full blast, the relationship between Hulk’s former love and the teen has caused a stir. It exploded into the open when Brooke caught him hiding in a closet at the Hogans’ marital home and recognized him from high school.

Hulk earlier this year complained that Linda is allowing Charlie to use some of his stuff, including his old Harley-Davidson.
