Several wings of the swanky Boca Raton Resort & Club, where the governor of Alaska and vice presidential wannabe is set to appear Monday, are already booked solid.

There are no rooms available that night at the classic Mizner-style hotel’s $200-a-night Cloister or at the $10,000-a-night Beach Club.

Under his New Jersey farm’s name, Stone Hill, he paid $4.6 million Sept 25 for a 6,600-square-foot courtyard home at the Equestrian Club Estates, according to county records.

Like, it’s a given. “Obama!” said Hollywood starlet Rachel Bilson Sunday when Page 2 LIVE’s intrepid videographer asked her political leanings. The O.C.’s hottie and Maxim Hot 100 dweller appeared at the Aventura Mall Sunday to push her new DKNY jeans line, Edie Rose. And if the 27-year-old sounds cranky on the video, it’s because she was in a diva-esque state-of-mind. By mid-afternoon, however, her mood hadn’t improved much. She was being limoed to her hotel when an economy car rear-ended the Lincoln on Ives Dairy Road near the mall. Bilson wasn’t hurt and neither were her driver or the other motorist, but the Jumper standout was delayed by two hours.

If County Commish Mary McCarty and/or her bonds-trading husband, Kevin, ever go down as a result of Friday’s FBI raid on their home and seizure of financial records, she may then have something in common with Julius Caesar - undone by his best friend Brutus.

Word in political circles today is that a young woman considered by the childless McCartys to be their surrogate daughter reportedly has been talking to the FBI about the couple’s inner circle.

There’s little chance that former WPTV-Channel 5 anchorwoman Laurel Sauer will just silently fade in the sunset.

Minutes after she was either fired or quit, depending whom you talk to, the 53-year-old cancer survivor who spent more than half her life on local television got lawyered up.

“I can’t comment, I just hired a lawyer,” Sauer told Page 2 LIVE.

That attorney is her longtime friend and business litigation guru Jack Scarola (right). He recently represented golfer Greg Norman’s wife in their divorce. She received more than $100 million from The Great White Shark.

The city of West Palm Beach’s cleanup of its beleaguered construction services department continues.

Director Neil Melick, the department’s top man for 13 years, is stepping down Oct. 6.

He’s getting another administrative job with the city.
