A-RodIt’s the SoFla lovenest that Madonna will never get to settle in!

Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and his soon-to-be-ex-wife Cynthia are selling their Coral Gables mansion as part of their divorce settlement – a divorce reportedly caused by A-Rod’s closeness to the singer of Like a Virgin.

Realtor Melissa Bassett of Avatar Real Estate Services says there’s already been interest in the 8,300-square-foot manse in the Sunrise Harbour neighborhood.

See photos after the jump…

“It’s on an acre with direct bayfront access,” Bassett said. “We’re in the very early stages of the listing, but there are several interested parties.”

The place boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a dock and a breathtaking tropical front yard. A-Rod bought it four years ago, shortly after getting married to Cynthia, for $12 million.

Wanna buy it?

That’ll set you back $15 million.

The house is also on the auction site billionaireexchange.com. Rodriguez is said to be getting ready to play house on the Left Coast with Hollywood actress Kate Hudson (Fool’s Gold, Almost Famous).
