The person who hit her should not be liable. What in the world was she doing on the highway if she was pulled off to side of the road. She needs to pay the bill!!! Was she intoxicated? Hmmmmmm. Once those limits are used up her car insurance no fault coverage can be used as a secondary coverage. Any thing left after that would then be picked up by her health insurance.
