UK Cops: Palm Beach Bizman Papalexis And Two Others Beat, Strangled Man

Long before he had former Pres. Bill Clinton at his home for a Hillary-for-president fund-raiser, man-about-town Thanos Papalexis may have taken part in a murder so heinous that it shocked even hard-boiled Scotland Yard gumshoes.
There was torture, then strangulation.
And the crime scene was so bloody that it could never be cleaned.British authorities say they’ve linked Papalexis, the silver-tongued Palm Beach entrepreneur who tried to talk moneyed folks along the Eastern Seaboard into joining his luxury fractional-ownership clubs, to the homicide of a well-dressed loner in early 2000.
U.S. law enforcement authorities were notified in April. And the Bentley-driving Papalexis, 36, was arrested by U.S. Marshals at lunchtime Friday as he dug into a pizza at the terrace of Fire Rock Pizza downtown West Palm Beach.
He’s being held without bail at the county lockup as the justice system takes up his extradition.
Papalexis is a British citizen of Greek descent who blew into town in 2004 and tried, with the help of West Palm Mayor Lois Frankel, to buy the old Helen Wilkes Hotel. As he would many times with other projects, Papalexis couldn’t come up with enough money to seal the deal.
At just 28 in 2000, Papalexis’ foray into real estate centered on a run-down warehouse district in the rough London neighborhood of Kilburn. But, according to documents unsealed in federal court in West Palm Beach late Monday, a 55-year-old loner named Charalambos Christodoulides stood in his way. The small-time gambler had lived in a small flat above a shuttered wine warehouse for years, and refused to leave.
According to the extradition request, for as long as Christodoulides stayed, Papalexis was losing $120,000 a week in interest to a loanshark who loaned him money to buy the property.
So with two accomplices, according to U.S. federal court records, Papalexis “took care” of the problem.
“Papalexis’ connection to the murder is documented with phone records, legal documents and forensic evidence,” they read. “Some forensic evidence removed from the crime scene includes materials containing both Papalexis’ fingerprints and the victim’s blood.”
A 2000 article in London’s Evening Standard tells how police found blood in the warehouse courtyard, suggesting that Christodoulides was first attacked there. He then may have been tied to a chair in his second floor flat, and beaten “as if his killers were trying to get information out of him.”
Cops told the paper there had been so much blood that the murderers (three sets of footprints were found) spent a long time cleaning the walls and floor.
Christodoulides eventually was strangled. His body was dragged downstairs, drenched in paint-thinner to throw off police dogs and dumped into a mechanic’s pit. Cops found Christodoulides wrapped in a blanket. Two wool hats were pulled over his head, according to the newspaper.
“We can find no motive,” Detective Inspector Adrian Blackledge told the paper March 15, 2000. “A great deal of effort was taken to cover up this crime so whoever did it knew exactly what they were doing.”
This is suprising that a puss like this is capable of beating any one up.The other two probably did the dirty work and when it was safe and the poor guy wasn’t moving that’s when the puss came in. Those of us who worked at Vita know several things, we had some good people, a great concept and that Thanos ripped us all off. How many of us had to leave withour being paid while he still lived at 269 Pendleton on Palm beach and drove around in his Bentley. We all know we had investors giving us money. We all know that we were writing bad checks to pay our vendors. We all know that Thanos spent money like it was going out of style. We all answered the phones there when it was bill collectors. We all know thanos was a liar, a cheat, even to his wife who luckly left him before this.

First, how much money he was loanded. he had none of his own. I think it is around $10 million I saw. Second, you can see how many lawsuits he has lost and owes money too. Go a step further and go to the county courthouse, you can see more lawsuits pending against him. We all know we did not spend it all at Vita. Many of us left being owed months of salary, which he would not pay. Where did all of that money go?
Again, Vita was a good idea, we had some good people, but Thanos and his circle, we all know who they are, were dishonest, liars and belonged to the cult of Thanos. We hope that group of you are also suffering. You are just as much to blame as Thanos was.
How many lives did he ruin and cause hardship. While being a liar and cheat does not constitute being a murderer, being a murderer does.

While Vita was bleeding because of his spending, he continued to take money invested for Vita and use for personal use and for the use of his chosen few, while many of us had to apply for unemployment and find new jobs.

The only one who is getting he ass sued at every turn is Thanos. Go on line to the Palm Beach County Records search and look at all of the money he took from investors, It lists it our by the millions. It was all controlled by Thanos. Only he had access to the money we all know that. You did not, I did not, he signed the promissary notes, he made the decision on how to misuse the accounts, only he controlled the bank accounts. On line it lists all of the loans and the suits he has lost. At the court house are many more lawsuits pending. ALl of these people are suing Thanos, no one else. We all trusted his line of bull, but none of us had control over the money. You and I did not drive around in Bentleys. You and I di not have lavish parties using money meant for business development. He had no idea how to biuld a business. The great majority of us did our jobs, but it did not matter. Give you or I $10 million, we would have a business running today. Where in the hell did $10 million go within a year. Look at the dates on the loans the investors filled with the clerks office. Plenty of money. He squandered it. Even then, the people he still owes money to. Most off us only earning $50K a year, not big bucks.

We were just thinking of sueing Thanos. We had been at the Legal AIde Society and they said he is definitely liable for alot of our problems. We went to the courthouse and researched all of the cases against him. He is being sued for millions. So many people are lined up against him, it would be a waste of time to sue him. I have been following this story with mild amusement at best. I met Thanos & his staff at a Vita Luxury promotional event hosted at the Manalapan estate. I can tell you that this Brian Eisenburgh was nothing more than a valet at this event. He was delegated to parking my vehicle. On a subsequent sales outing, Brian was in a gofers role, fetching & running errands of no importance. Anyone could see that Mr Papalexis had surrounded himself with overpayed & underqualified individuals who looked up to him & wanted nothing more than to bask in the limelight of his luxurious lifestyle, illusion of not.
