The theft of a pool-side sculpture at disgraced hedge-fund manager Bernie Madoff’s Palm Beach home is so yesterday. Out come the signs. Less daring, and just as efficient. Here’s the latest silent protest at Madoff’s mansion on North Lake Way, captured on film earlier this week:

Even though he broke the law and stole investors money I think he was brillant . No one can argue that he out-smarted ivy league millionares who thought they knew everything about the art of investing. These people are mostly embarrassed to be conquered. Smarter investors like Donald Trump smelled a rat and stayed away. As for the charities he exploited, we have to admit that Jewish Charites are not really functioning organizations to help needy people. A young Jewish man who can’t afford law school is their idea of a charitable cause, not the poor of America. Mr.Madoff may be a crook,but he is a smart one!
