Rodman-Electra reunited! (For a couple minutes)

If R&B artist Chris Brown and songbird Rihanna can get back together, then why couldn’t flamboyant retired NBA star Dennis Rodman and pixie Carmen Electra?

In ‘99, the then-newlyweds were arrested in a Miami Beach hotel  after a free-for-all in which Rodman’s shirt was torn and her lip scratched.

The Worm and Electra coincidentally came face-to-face and exchanged pleasantries during this weekend’s  fourth anniversary celebration of Pangaea Nightclub, at Hollywood’s Seminole Hard Rock Resort.

But nothing was rekindled. For one, Rodman had his hands full. (Picture above)

And Electra was with fiance Rob Patterson, guitarist of the heavy metal band Korn.
