Suspect in obscene stalking of TV gals nabbed

A man held at the Palm Beach County jail on a probation violation was charged Tuesday with stalking a local TV personality and an NFL Network sideline reporter.
According to court records, John Stewart Taylor, 37, of Wellington was charged with 41 counts of making harassing and obscene phone calls, and aggravated stalking. He’s being held on $25,000 bail.
One of his victims is the new WPEC-Channel 12 and WFLX-Channel 29 anchor/reporter Ashley Glass. She may have received more than 100 e-mails from Taylor on her work account, most of them sexual in nature.
Glass, these days, is anchoring Channel 12’s early shows while the regular morning star, Tara Cardoso, is on maternity leave.
Stewart is also accused of stalking NFL Network sideline reporter Lindsay Soto, whose natural beauty among jocks has made her a fave with football geeks.

Network officials called from their California headquarters last month to complain to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office that their employee received a “large amount” of obscene messages on her voice mail from a John Taylor. How large? Try 300 voice messages, according to court papers.
Since the dude was sending e-mail signed “John Taylor” from his personal Comcast account and calling from his own cell phone, it didn’t take long for the sheriff’s sleuths to nab him – especially since Taylor was arrested at his home Feb. 19 on the probation violation.
He was slightly hurt when he alleged resisted that arrest and was still in jail when he was charged with stalking.
Taylor served four years behind bars in California for aggravated assault on his stepfather.

When asked in court Tuesday whether he could pay for a lawyer, Taylor said he wanted to hire O.J. Simpson prosecutor Marcia Clark.
Then he told the judge he isn’t making any money.
Neither Channel 12’s Glass nor Soto returned calls.

He is a dangerous man with a nasty temper. How did he get that black eye Jose? How come there are always people in the police blotter that look like they have been beat up?

People are shooting at police and fighting them every step of the way, but I just love it when people like you are so fast to scream “Police Brutality”. Maybe if people had respect for the law, they wouldn’t have black eyes. AIt’s people like you that gives police a black eye. Why do you shut up and go away.

Well I feel personally emails! and perverted phonecalls to me are NOT! a crime big deal! im sure those two women arent virgins! and almost certain they watch pornographic films! were all human, but when you cross the line and START STALKING! then do the math! hes a SCUMBAG! Now these women are hot! for sure but where hes going he had better not “DROP THE SOAP!” because those big animals in jail/prison! will mistake him for those reporters hes in for a BIG! surprise lol!
