James Bond-loving local lawyer disbarred

West Palm Beach civil attorney Brook Fisher was disbarred by Florida’s Supreme Court Thursday for allegedly dipping in clients’ escrows.

At one point last year, auditors found nearly $500,000 missing from the man’s trust accounts.
The court also ordered him to pay all costs associated with the disbarment, $3,500.
At least three clients over the last two years complained to the Florida Bar that Fisher wouldn’t pay them money from judgments.
Fisher first appeared on Page2Live’s radar in 2007 when Palm Beach cops arrested him in a traffic stop. He was driving through The Island in a tuxedo, with two guns in shoulder-holsters under his jacket and a five-inch knife in the small of his back. He told police he dressed up like James Bond to rekindle his marriage. His wife was waiting for him at home.
Fisher now works for a mortgage company that tries to save homeowners from foreclosure. He didn’t return calls.

The Circuit Court appointed an “Inventory Attorney” to contact Fisher’s clients and determine whether Fisher was supposed to be holding any money for those clients in his trust account. The Inventory Attorney is Steven Meyer in Boca Raton.

There are a few very good and very honest attorneys left in this world. I feel sorry for them, as they are surrounded by scum and it taints them too unfortunately.
Law Firms are businesses now. They sell billable hours. That is there product. When you sell time the only thing you can do to increase business is overcharge, stall, delay, cheat or fix cases against your clients best interest.
Most attorneys are percieved as Jack—sses by others even other attorneys, because they are.
Why has not this guy been criminally charged with embezzlement? Anyone else that stole $500,000 would be.
Why is Boose allegedly getting his law license back after 3 years? He pleaded guilty to allegedly enabling and assisting Palm Beach County Commission Chairman extort millions in bribes or bribe in kind from PB County Residents. I heard it said that he did not even cooperate….which implies zero remorse and he is getting his license to practice law back again?

Someone needs to undo and shake up the Florida Bar it sounds like. If crooks regulate crooks…well…you get congress……..or maybe the Florida Bar.

Lawyers fabricate the truth to win cases. They seem to be above the law and able to run over many clients before the bar takes action. Crime does pay for these bottom feeding creatures we call lawyers.
Why this thief is not criminally charged, yet? If you Google him you`ll find his name on “Ripoff report”. FL Bar probably has a lot of information from their own investigation to share with DA office? Disbarred ONLY?Is this justice??? WOw - what a life, after reading this i had to check this out for myself and I am in such disbelief that a trusted professional is no more than a scam artist, from what i have read a very high payed one at that. It is shocking that according to the attached link not only did he scam his clients but possibly slept with them as well. Did they not teach ethics in law school?
I also googled him and it appears he makes his living off others misfortune. Disbarring is not enough anyone capable of such misconduct.

They should throw him in jail and throw away the keys.. He’s a liar, cheater, woman beater and he committed adultery. He had a love affair for 3 years running around town with his nurse/girlfriend. They had a baby girl 3 months ago! He’s a pig. My son goes to the same school as his and he mentally and physically abused his wife. How dare he to show up to church!!!! As a mother, I feel so sorry for his kids, they are so innocent. He is still practicing law under another attourney’s liscense. When will this be stopped? Check with all local police and you’ll find out about the latest domestic issue. What a coward!!!
Brook Fisher is a scum bag liar and a thief.
Doing mortgage re modifications now with his wife he cheats on all the time.
The quest to have this person arrested as we all would have been for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars will never end until he is arrested.
This post is not an opinion rather an experience I personally endured from Brook and his Wife Marcella.

brook is currently in Michigan involved in a scandal doing mortgage salvation under his mother in laws name however after collecting the money from clients, he walks away as he did with hundreds of thousands of dollars in West Palm Beach from his victims.
The mayor Frankel seems to still be sitting back doing nothing and the West Palm police should be issuing a warrant soon (Detective Chapman) case number 09-3094

UPDATE Detective Chapman of Palm beach Police department has finished the case and did a wonderful job in helping us victims of Brook Fisher. We are now awaiting the extradition of Brook Fisher to Florida where he will be staying for a few years in the county jail. I personally will be on his visit list there with a warm heart and kind smile (same thing he gave all his victims).

Mr. Fisher is currently awaiting extradition in the Grand Traverse County Jail in Northern Michigan.
What about his “wonderful” wife? Didn’t she have a part in the scams?
