The workers went to Mourning for help - he ignored them - even though they marched on Biscayne Blvd. into the Heat offices. Mourning refused to take a stand for them in any way - today even though the jewish owner of the team - Micky Arison who is not a US citizen gets $5 million a year from taxpayers to repay the loans to build AA Arena, which is his, no unions are allowed at the arena other than the millionaire players union. So the poor got screwed and Mourning didn't care - but he puts on this show party, which was rated as one of the 5 worst performing charities based on what percentage of the cash actually foes for good deeds versus what is spent on the parties and the millionaires who attend them. To say this is a "charity" is a joke. To say Mourning actually cares about the community is a lie. When he could of shown character he chose to run and hide like a wimp.
