Tiger Woods renews vows to finish Jupiter Island lovenest

For a guy who isn’t really that committed to his family, golfer Tiger Woods sure seems committed to the lovenest he’s been building for wife Elin Nordegren.
As paramours came out of the woodwork and sponsors started cutting off Woods in mid-December, his lawyer filed paperwork in Martin County showing that Woods intends to finish building the Jupiter Island home where he planned to move with his wife and two children. Swedish-born Nordegren designed the mansion, 9,000 luxurious square feet of living quarters and an equally large gym connected by a glass hallway.

On Dec. 14, when Woods’ older mistress, Wellington’s Theresa Rogers, was outed, Woods’ Orlando lawyer filed two sets of document notifying the county that the Jupiter luxury construction company D&D Constantakos would continue building the ocean-to-Intracoastal property.
The general description of the work, according to one document signed by attorney Chris Hubman on that day, when Nordegren first appeared in public without her wedding band, includes: Completion of main house with two floors and basement, concrete block construction, a metal roof and impact windows. The other document is for work on a pool, a spa, the garage, a studio, landscaping and ornamental fences.
Neither David nor Daniel Constantakos, the contractors, were available for comment.
Shortly after Woods and Nordegren tied the knot in 2005, Woods started to assemble adjacent properties to form today’s 12-acre estate, which the couple named Sand Turtle. He spent $44.5 million on the land and it is estimated he has spent well in excess of $10 million on tearing down the existing homes and building his castle.

Hmmm…9,000 square feet…the design of the house could work. Elin could take the north “wing” and Tiger the south end; they might never bump into one another.
It is more than apparent that Tiger is not a whole individual, a part of him is missing.
Too much parental pushing to cash in on Tiger’s ability that did not allow for a normal dating adolesence.
He was making up for lost time in a tragic manner, oblivious to his family. They were unimportant, his needs were more important…just filling that piece that of life he missed.
Get out and hit some balls, keep practicing, keep making appearances, no regular teenage life.
Tiger unfortunately, for his family and chidren, was just making up for lost time.
He shouldn’t have married until he screwed everybody he wanted. He didn’t have to bring home disease to his wife, disgrace to himself and a lousy role model for his children.
Good luck to him and his devastated family. Just damn sad.
It makes financial sense to complete the house, ugly as it is. You couldn’t sell it in it’s present condition. The place needs landscaping, amenities… otherwise prospective buyer might have trouble visualizing the finished project. Of course, that assumes completion makes it attractive which will be as hard as making Tiger Woods attractive to the public again, after his disgrace.
I feel the false legal front he created & chose to personicate unsuccessfully was his biggest sin. He NEVER should have gotten married. Period. He COULD be on the cover of Vanity Fair as America’s most eligible bachelor…

It looks like the out-of-the-ordinary architecture not normal to the area might provide an extraordinary assemblage parcel and a $10,000,000 Tear Down for the right buyer.

Obie-One…what an idiotic post. Teens don’t need to be acting like tomcats on the prowl anymore than married men do. What values system do you have, anyway? Tiger’s tomcattery was not caused by some adolescent lack of wild oats sowing. It was because he was a self-absorbed, thuggish slob who thought that he was entitled to have whatever he wanted. Put away your pop-psych magazines and get real.
I can see the logic in the “Motel 6-like” design….The married Ho on one end,the looking-for-a-payday Hos in the middle, and the “tiger” at the other end checking his lineup card to determine which Ho is up to bat, which Ho is on deck, and which Ho is “in the hole”.
All of these “allegations” against the “tiger”, and the motives behind these hoes (including the one married to the tiger) only shows that there is only one reason for their dispicable behavior; MONEY.
I’m glad to say that I have never contributed a single penny towards “tiger’s” perverted wealth, and I hope more and more people realize that the guy is “laughing all the way to the bank”, and at all the idiots (including the corporate sponsors) that have made him perversely wealthy.
Neither he, or his ho wife, is worth a penny in my book.

For if you we’re never pushed by your parents to be the breadwinner in your family by sacrificing everything a normal childhood entails, to be a professional athlete, you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. To question someones values when they’re right on point should have you guessing why you make posts in a negative light in the first place. As for the property. It’s MY former house that he tore down. What a shame to build such an industrial looking monstrosity, especially on Jupiter Island. I’m sure the only reason the architectural committee overlooked the fact that the house looks like part of the Downtown at the Gardens bust is because he’s Tiger Woods. Shame on them and shame on Tiger Woods for what he’s done to his wife and children.

The clean, simple lines of this estate are understandable as that is the Swedish asthetic. Sadly, any building in South Florida that doesn’t isn’t fake mediteanean people object to.

I never did drop $300 for a golf tournament pass…NEVER WILL. It’s really not surprising that he was sticking his dlck in anything with a heartbeat. What’s surprising is how completely lazy he was about covering his “tracks.” I thought all pro athletes had side cell phones that are provided by whatever corporate entity they associate with. Many pro teams provide the athletes with “team phones” that never ever see the athletes home. It’s in these franchises best interest as they know their athletes are banging hos like a screen door in an Alabama windstorm in every city they visit. Tiger has been very sloppy with his driver. Elin has permanently banished him to the tang bunker.
That’s the single ugliest thing I’ve seen Tiger spend his money on. Wait. I retract that statement.

Actually, for those who never saw it and I only saw it from a distance, the Curcio house torn down looked pretty cool. West Indies, white wood, great looking pool area not to mention the golf hole, bball court and tennis courts. Googling TWoods home on Jupiter Island still brings up photos of it. The new thing is as tasteful as a bomb shelter.

How dare you seek Tiger’s new home be turned into a ho house. Jupiter Island to far to respectable. Besides, I live in Hobe Sound and the temptation would be to great.
He is a smart man. The house is big enough for many women. It’s party time! Even if his wife stays, he can hide them anywhere. Yeah!
If she divorces him and takes his kids, he should level that eyesore and build a swinging bitch pad….Elin sticking him with such an ugly house to pay for was definitely not fair…that house is atrocious!!!!!

Why is everyone so concerned about Tiger? Men and women have cheated since the evolution of life. As for Tiger’s Jupiter Island house, very few people are so fortunate to live in one of the world’s wealthiest areas. Mind your business and leave other peoples’ business ALONE !
