Classy Ryan, head coach of the New York Jets, found nothing better to do than flip Miami Dolphins fans the chubby bird during an extreme fighting bout Saturday at the BankAtlantic Center near Fort Lauderdale.
Miami resident David M. Hildenbrand and several friends were taunting Ryan with chants of “Jets suck” when Ryan turned around and lobbed a couple of “F” bombs at the crew. And just to make sure they understood, out came his middle finger.
Right place, right time for Hildenbrand, who told the New York Post he snapped the picture with his cell phone.
Ryan and the Dolphins have a history of animosity as deep-seated as the fans of both teams. The coach and Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder traded barbs through the media during training camp, and the relationship between Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano and Ryan has never exactly been warm and cuddly.
Like they say on Long Island, you can take the fat boy out of his trailer park, but you sure can’t take the trailer park out of that fat boy!

That’s rich…a Jets fan calling the fans of another team obnoxious. I was at the Pro Bowl last night and there was one drunken Jet fan who spent the first three quarters having to prove over and over that he knew how to spell the word “jets” by incessantly screaming the spelling out. Security finally came over to tell him to shut up. Just in the other section there was this pug-faced, porky girl stretching a Mark Sanchez jersey way beyond the limits one would expect Spandex to handle who felt the need to stand up and dance every time music played with he belly protruding out from under the tortured jersey. A class act, those Jets fans.

I have been a dolphin fan my whole life and really hate the jets,but for us and the jets the season is over and like 99% of the players its time to leave it on the field.He was away from football enjoying an event.the bird was in response to repeated hasseling.Again I hate the jets they suck,let the man enjoy his time off.

Jets played two teams (COLTS and Bengals) in week 16 and 17. Both teams had nothing to play for. So, they sat their starters after the 1st quarter. Jets were even lucky to get in. And all you JETS fans…remember who put the broom to you this year…..SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP the JEts under the rug. Put up 60+ points in two games against your stout defense. The Fins fans deserved at least the finger followed by an F-bomb. I went to the Jets-Fins Monday night game with my 11 year old son. We are Jet fans. I can honestly say the Fins fans acted like a bunch d-bags. Some of the stuff that was said to my son and was just wrong. I like to joke around and root for my team but these people were lucky I didnt have a babysitter with me that night cause i would have knocked their d%*ks in the dirt.
