1. Most men DO NOT care if they are real or fake, PERIOD. Because MOST MEN are only going to look at them, and never touch them. Not to mention, i can almost GUARANTEE that they look better than the shriveled up or drooping, sagging, depressed jugs attached to most of those responding to this post.

2. I’m not talking about Pam’s Mam’s specifically, but no, implants DO NOT feel like a blow up doll… at least not the blow up dolls i’ve seen tossed around at concerts or bachelor parties.
