Unfortunately, most of the people supervising are incompetent. Morale is low and if you follow the rules and requlations, supervisors will find a way to reprimand you. The (4) PBSO Guiding Principles: integrity, fairness, respect, and professionalism is a fallacy. From what I heard, racism still runs rampid within PBSO. I’m glad I got out!!! Was Kelly just driven to the brink of madness???

TO THOSE WHO KNOW ABOUT WORKING AT THE PALM BEACH COUNTY JAIL..PERLA WAS A SWEET PERSON AND IT WAS NICE HAVING WORKED WITH HER.SO SHE MADE A BAD DECISION…WE ARE ALL HUMANS AND HOPE TO FIND TRUE LOVE IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER.REMEMBER THIS IS PALM BEACH COUNTY…LOOK AROUND, ID SAY ABOUT A FOURTH OF THIS COUNTYS POPULATION HAS SOME SORT OF ARREST RECORD.WHAT CAN YOU DO….ABOUT THE JAIL..THAT PLACE IS SCREWED UP.ITS BEING OPERATED BY PEOPLE WHO JUST DONT QUALIFY TO DO SO…COMPLAINTS GO UNANSWERED,WHICH IS WHY I NO LONGER WORK THERE.I WAS HARRASSED BY MY SUPERIORS FOR WHISTLE-BLOWING AND FORCED OUT OF A JOB..WELCOME TO PALM BEACH COUNTY!!

hey Mannix,your comment 28 is a really good idea. I think we could probably get Rosane Arnold to play the part of deputy Kelly and get “Dopey” from snow white and the seven dwarfs to play the part of the horny- convict,washburn. Or they might want to just shoot the show as a reality show at their home and watch all the drama unfold. It most likely would show her getting assaulted since he has a violent abusive past for domestic violence. I also wonder how long it will be before he is rearrested for some new violent crimes. hey washburn did you right comment 26? yeh,I think it’s you.

The guards are actually human. When I was a guest there one female guard came into my cell and started flirting with me pretty hard. It made me uncomfortable because she wasn’t very pretty, and I knew If I pissed her off she could lie and get me in trouble. So I had to have a quicky with her, I was scared if I didn’t she would mace me then say I tried to assault her. So reluctantly had sex with her. I told her I was married and she said she didn’t care……….anyways that place has alot of messed up secrets.

I agree with #14 the most. that place is like high school, mostly everyone there is trying to screw someone. i feel sorry for those men and women that are married to those corrections officers, i’d never marry one thats for sure. when you see that, theres no excuse. 95% of po-lice are corrupt in some way or another, just like criminals, but they don’t get caught because of there badges. its very easy to flash that badge around to get what you want.
