A disbarred West Palm Beach lawyer once arrested while partying in a James Bond getup was nabbed again.
This time, he was picked up by Michigan cops on a Palm Beach County warrant.
Brook Fisher, 46, was wanted on two counts of fraud for allegedly stealing clients’ money.
Palm Beach County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Teri Barbera confirmed the existence of an active arrest warrant against Fisher, but the paperwork won’t be released to the public until Fisher, who’s being extradited, is booked.
I’m told by sources that Fisher, wife Marcella, their three little kids and two giant poodles took off late last year in a 1950s-style camper pulled by a black GMC Yukon. The trip took them to a lakeside cabin in the sparsely-populated Grand Traverse County. That’s where he was picked up by the Michigan State Police a week ago.

Steve Sessa, another West Palm Beach lawyer who represents some of Fisher’s victims, told Page2Live that Fisher waved extradition.
Shackled and wearing an orange jump suit, Fisher is being moved south from prison to prison. He may not get here until the end of the month because the vans or buses used to transport inmates makes frequent stops and only runs from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sessa said Fisher may owe former clients as much as half a million bucks, mostly from judgments, settlements and real estate transactions.
Fisher was disbarred last summer, shortly before the fraud charges were filed.
The disgraced attorney first came onto Page2Live’s radar in 2007 after he was stopped by Palm Beach Police on suspicion of DUI. He had visited several watering-holes dressed in a tux, with two guns in shoulder holsters and a five-inch knife in the small of his back. Fisher told cops he was trying to rekindle that romantic spark with Marcella, a fan of Casino Royale, a James Bond movie.
Why are so many lawyers and cops and judges involved in crimes now?
(These people he allegedly stole from will never get all their stolen money back.)
If your a Criminal at PBSO, at least they just put you on PAID VACATION while they INVESTIGATE for a year or two….at our expense!
The Florida Bar NEVER acts substantively, it seems, on complaints against lawyers, until after the crimes are all done and public.
Try filing a bar complaint against a lawyer that committs a crime against you…..nothing will happen, they will just push paper and then do nothing…and oh yeah, the complaint remains “confidential” so no other client suckers can find out about that lawyers history.
Craziness. The criminals are running the legal system now.

This is the second article I’ve read about this guy. His innocent looking face makes it hard to believe that he would do such things. It’s good that people are now aware of his crimes. It just proves that appearances can be deceiving and things are not always as they seem upon first glance.
I heard that he wasn’t a fugitive at all. He was with a dying grandfather in michigan and had no idea that authorities even wanted to talk to him. He has always been helpful and did excellent work for our company. His legal advice was better than4 other attorneys who might I add were
ex-presidents of the bar association! There were the con artistscharging
for doing nothing! Brook is the only attorney that didn’t lie!

Hey Lucy…..you’ve got some explaining to do…….. what company are you saying that he did such great work for? Was this before or after he was disbarred for stealing trust funds? If he was so innocent, why did he not even respond to the Florida Bar’s requests for trust fund records? I am happy for you Lucy if you were a satisfied customer….but consider yourself lucky.

Lucy—-You need to do some research cuz this guy & his wife are as low as they go. Read the 150 pages of court documents….he was suppose to provide records of his accounts and never did…what is he hidding?!?!?! Why did an innocent atty get disbarred?!?!? Why did he flee to MI and why is Fl extraditing him back…this guy in my opinion is guilty until proven innocent!!
We know the Fisher family inside and out…we have done our research and have found out all of the horrible things they have done to his clients…We had to deal with the Fisher family when they fled to MI. When they ran out of money, that they stole from his clients they turned to my immediate famliy not for help but to steal from them. They have turned my family inside out and it was all because of Brook Fisher and his vindictive ways. To defend him in anyway is disgusting and ignorant. You must not have all of the facts to do so!! My life has been forever changed due to this man and his evil ways….do not trust anything that has his name or his wife’s name attached to it. All we can do now is pray that the justice system will work for all of the true victims and their families whose lives have been affected by the Brook Fisher family.
I knew his wife when she was younger. None of this surprises me. She was only interested in one thing… money and attention. Well, she still has plenty of one of the two.

Kimberly. It is quite unfortunate that the crimes that this man is accused of were actually committed by him. Read the florida supreme court documents, it even shows you the monies being taken out immediately after checks were deposited. It shows a $40,000 transfer from Mr Fisher’s trust account to an account in the same bank under the name of Mortgage Foreclosure Defense Inc which has officers of Marcella Fisher and her mother. We who thought he was a good person are all saddened by the truth. I have seen the proof myself and the people to feel badly for here are the victims who were robbed of their accident settlements. The victims of these crimes waited over 2 years for this man to even be charged, unable to pay their medical or living expenses because of this. I will be surprised if there aren’t more charges in the near future against this man and his wife. She’s got her hands in this mess, too. God will judge everyone in the end as he is all knowing. Now is the time for the law to judge Mr Fisher.

I wish I did research on this guy, but I didn’t. My own fault to take the advice of someone. Now, how the heck can I get my money back?

Excuse my ignorance Steve but is the wonderful wife even being investigated? It appears that this Fisher guy screwed her over too. Didn’t she have a very large amount of money that was hers from a realestate transaction that disappeared too. Public record said that realestate transaction was in the hundreds of thousands and he took her money. I think she is the biggest victim of all. What about the Russian girlfriend that was wanted for murder in Serbia and Fisher’s baby with her?
Curious… don’t act like she is the victim here. She reaped all the benefits of what Brook did. I knew her when she was younger. These two are a match made in hell. They probably had to blackmail each other just to survive the past two years together. I think the point people are trying to make here is that these people are bad news and you should steer clear of them. If you have been conned by either of them, report it to the police.

I don’t live in a grass or glass house. I am speaking from fact. Knew them both quite well. Not of what I have been reading surprises me. The history of Marcy and Pat makes it very hard to believe that Brook is the sole guilty one. And if they did have a personality transplant some time during the last 25 years and are now such wonderful, caring people, why were they associated with someone like Brook?

The dying grandfather????? I heard it was Marcella’s grandfather and apparently it was so important that they be with the dying grandfather….that they didn’t even go to the funeral. It’s all about money. What they can get from whomever then can get it from.

You are correct. Neither Marcella or her mother went to their Grandfather/Father’s funeral. It was Marcella’s own cousin that turned Brook in. He must of robbed her one too many times.

as someone who knows the entire family as if they were my own…..Marcella and Pat are not innocent..as far as Marcy’s realestate money she used it to bail his ass out from his last scam….they are all guilty!!! the three of them have come after their own family… may be trying to scam more money, who knows. And they never spent much time with the dying father/grandfather…the time spent was to fill his head full of bulls**t lies!! and why not come to his funeral…lack of respect and they are complete cowards without the ring leader. He was arrested the day before the funeral!

She is living in Traverse City in a trailer at a resort. What is very strange is that she never works and I wonder how she is able to support herself and the kids. She also has a new boyfriend and he does not have any money even though the media says he owns a construction company. He works for himself and has no employees. He has not worked recently and we wonder how the two of them can survive when neither one is working. Guess she has some of the money from the poor people she and her husband screwed over. Why haven’t they arested her?

the word lately is the family stole money and house from grandfather and are acting this way because of investigation and that they are connected with traverse city officials so the case is being prepared and presented to feds because of the corruption so this will get more interesting to come

Stacy, I am a member of the Fisher family and I also am very worried about the children. Please let me know if you have any pertinet information. I am sickened by this whole mess. It is like an episode of Jerry Springer. Maybe, Marcella should contact the producers of the show or contact someone and pitch for a tv movie. Then she would be happy because the money would keep on coming in. I am trying to understand Brook’s involvement in your family’s situation. What did he do to you and your family. Please shed some light on why you fueled and helped the authorities?
