Tiger Woods psyched about moving to Jupiter Island!

Recovering sex-addict and golf champ Tiger Woods blogged today about how excited he is to move to his new Jupiter Island home, even if he messed up the name of the town he’s moving in.

And it appears he can’t wait to start practicing on the property’s four-hole, 3.5-acre course, which replicates big tournament scenarios with different species of turf and types of sand.

“Pretty soon, I’ll be moving into my new home in Jupiter, Fla.,” he wrote. “I’m excited about that and even more excited about my new practice facility.”
It’s the first time that Woods comments publicly about his $60 million homestead, which stretches from the ocean to the Intracoastal. And it’s a surprising move for the notoriously private Woods, who tried to hide the purchases of land starting in 2006 through corporate ownership.
By the way, Tiger, it’s not Jupiter! It’s Jupiter ISLAND, and it’s in Martin County.
On the blog, meanwhile, Woods kept most of his observations for his practice course, which he designed for any conceivable 150-yard shot. In addition to different turf species found on the PGA Tour, Woods ordered multiple heights of cut.

“It’s phenomenal,” Woods wrote on the blog. “Working with my team, I designed the short-game facility and oversaw its construction. It features four greens, six bunkers with different depths and kinds of sand, a video center and a putting studio. If no wind is blowing, the longest club I can hit is a 7-iron. It’s also set up so I can hit shots out of my second-story studio.”

It took the golfer more than five years to assemble the nearly-pristine land, under hard-to-track corporate names, and build a 9,700-square foot home and practice facility. The property also includes a 100-foot running track, two pools with a combined length of 160 feet and a 5,000-square-foot gym with a hyperbaric chamber.
Woods takes on the blue monster at Doral over the weekend near Miami, his first appearance in South Florida in two years.

SO, this ‘victim’ is recovering from his sexual addiction?? WOW, most of us men never, ever recover from that addiction, we just keep our head in charge of our constant cravings…
When will grownups just admit to being a really big loser and beg for foregiveness… Redemption is only a decade of decent behavior away… perhaps longer when two dozen bimbos were all told how they were the only one — really, baby its only you… the fact we only see each other once a year is sheer conincidence…
Its great that he is rich, he earned his money. However in this brutal economy its probably best to stay a little humble and quiet about how great your huge new house is.
Tiger should study math for awhile. Look up the finances of Mike Tyson, Scottie Pippen and any other washed up athletes that are no longer “WINNING!” (sorry Charlie, had to steal your one liner). Once the “WINNING” stops and the financial drain of yachts, mansions and whatever else Tiger has starts kicking in and all the “luxuries” will be “memories.”

I think Tiger’s fat pig of an ex-wife designed the stark manse. She must have eaten all of her creativity. At least the grounds have some thought put into them. His ex-wife is an enormous beast who might eat her children if lunch is late. Tiger now has an asset that will last his lifetime. Piggy will spend most of HER divorce settlement on Whoppers. Thank God, the children get child support. Elin sounds like eatin’. Coincidence? I think not!

@#4 you do realize that tiger is a billionaire right? yes, not a millionaire, a billionaire. the first athlete that has become a billionaire becasue of his sport. mike tyson was a millionaire…modest millionaire compared to the likes of tiger…maybe $100 million at his peak…i also think the door knob to my front door could manage $100 million better than mike tyson did. i think tiger will be alright.

I don’t care what anyone have to say about tigger he is the best player… Tiger Home is in Martin County also part of Jupiter Island.
