Lady Gaga, the ultra-hot singer of Poker Face, appeared at the balcony of her penthouse at Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau Resort in her beautiful lacy undies Thursday afternoon, hours before her New Year’s Eve gig at the hotel. The party was one of last night’s hottest tickets anywhere, with prices going from $425 per person to $25,000 per table. Gaga reportedly received $300,000 to be there.

Perfect makeup: Check! Perfect hair: Check! Hip clothes and thigh-high boots: Check! This, people, is reality TV star Kim Kardashian exiting a red eye from LaLaLand at 5 a.m. today at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. Word is Kardashian is in town partly to find a love nest for her and boyfriend Reggie Bush, the undefeated New Orleans Saints’ running back. She’s also the co-grand marshal (with former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning) of tonight’s Christmas boat parade on Lauderdale’s canals. I guess Kim expects to sink! (See below)

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian seemed impressed with herself this weekend. As many as six Sunrise cops turned out their blue lights and sirens, disrupting traffic, to escort her limo after her paid appearance at the Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Kardashian, the star of E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians, twittered about it several times on her way back to her hotel in Miami Beach after she helped open the new A’Gaci at the mall with her mom, Kris Jenner. Police were there to keep several hundred youths at bay, then treated her like the second coming.

“Seriously my mom & I felt like the president! So odd but cool,” Kardashian twittered.

The unveiling of the Sex2Sea swimwear line Friday night on lower Clematis (Ray Graham/The Palm Beach Post)

There’s so much construction that downtown West Palm Beach looks like a war zone, again.

But the place suddenly was beautified late Friday — and it didn’t cost the city a penny.

Twelve Elite and Wilhelmina swimsuit models gave about 500 local swells an eyeful on a 60-foot runway built outdoors near the French restaurant Pistache. The occasion: The unveiling of a line of swimwear dubbed Sex2Sea, “pretty enough for the bedroom, but made for the water.”

The lacy bikinis were designed by local entrepreneurs Christy Sugrue and former gubernatorial galpal Kelly Heyniger, a former contestant on America’s Hottest Mom who dated Gov. Charlie Crist just before his met the First Lady, Carole Rome.

The swimwear, I’m told, is specially designed to avoid embarrassing views while still providing a curve-revealing fit.

Actress Pam Anderson may be a dirrrty girl, but at least, she smells good! Pammy took advantage of her early arrival for Saturday night’s Make-a-Wish Foundation gala in Miami to do a little selling. The former Baywatch babe, 42, hawked her own line of perfumes,  Malibu Day and Malibu Night,  at the W hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach Thursday. The day juice is described as fruity floral with a hint of honeysuckle. The night stuff is more oriental, with black orchids and lotus. And animal lover Anderson says she made sure no animal was harmed during production. Malibu retails in chain drugstores and discount outlets.
