Golfer Tiger Woods is back on the dating scene, and somehow landed a pretty, 22-year-old graduate student at West Palm Beach’s Northwood University, according to several unconfirmed news reports.

According to records the woman, identified as Alyse Lahti, lived down the street from Woods in Windermere, near Orlando, with her stepdad.

The stepdad, Alastair Johnston, is a high-ranking employee of IMG, the sports agency that represents Woods.

A woman at Johnston’s other home in Cleveland, where IMG is based, and where Lahti grew up, told Page2Live that Lahti no longer lives there and couldn’t be contacted. Lahti didn’t respond to emails asking for comment.

As a Northwood student, Lahti once again lives close to Woods, whose new home is in Jupiter Island.

With blue eyes and blonde hair Lahti, 13 years younger than Woods, bears a faint resemblance to Elin Nordegren, Woods’ ex-wife and the recent buyer of a $12.2 million-house at Seminole Landing in North Palm Beach.

Elin Nordegren, the long-suffering ex-wife of philandering golfer Tiger Woods, plunked down $12.2 million for a house (above and below) in the exclusive enclave of Seminole Landing near North Palm Beach, Page2Live has learned.

The beachfront mansion dwarfs in size Woods‘ own new digs in Jupiter Island, about 10 miles north, also on the beach.

The 30-year-old Nordegren and the ex-couple’s two children are set to leave their Orlando area home and move into 12520 Seminole Beach Road within the next few weeks.

I’m also told Nordegren, a former nanny, has been looking at private daycare centers and schools for the two ninos for weeks.

Page2Live sold his “package” to tennis star Venus Williams (above).

Let me explain.

The elder of the Williams sisters attended a ladies’ luncheon for Easter Seals at The Gardens Mall March 11 in Palm Beach Gardens. And organizers had Page2Live walk through the champagne-sipping, well-heeled crowd, then on a fashion runway, with a silver tray holding the “package” for sale.

On my tray of donated items: Tory Burch sandals; Ilori sunglasses; and a two-night stay at the Singer Island Beach Resort.

Venus, who lives at the nearby BallenIsles with sister Serena, bought the goodies for $1,500!

Pretty boy Jay Cashmere (left), the new WFLX-Channel 29 news anchor, booty-shook and shimmied down the runway to the music of Jennifer LopezLet’s Get Loud.

With about 200 women cheering him on while the bidding climbed to $1,500 for peep-toed  Salvatore Ferragamo pumps, dinner for two at Pistache in West Palm Beach and tickets to a show at the Kravis. Sold, to local lady Heidi Ruewah!

Jennifer Ross returns as anchor of WRMF morning show

Ross

Ross

The mess at WRMF-97.9 FM is getting cleaned up.

Now that the former market leader has been bought by local broadcaster Dean Goodman, former morning star Jennifer Ross has been tapped to return Monday to the anchoring job she was fired from a year and a half ago, three sources told Page2Live.

With ratings sagging to historic lows in some categories of listeners, the woman who fired Ross, General Manager Elizabeth Hamma, finally gave the go-ahead for Ross’ on-air return.

New owner Goodman declined comment because he hasn’t received the blessing of the Federal Communications Commission for his purchase. Until then — could be three months — the Boston equity firm Great Hills still runs the station.

Neither Hamma nor Ross returned calls.
