Jupiter Island golfer Tiger Woods‘ secret divorce settlement may be so expensive that he had to mortgage his home to pay for it!

Official records that just popped up in Martin County hint that Woods will have to pay ex-wife Elin Nordegren $54 million by January 2016 — or risk losing the house he spent five years building.

How do I know?

The philandering golf-club swinger took out a $54 million-mortgage last Wednesday, two days after his quickie divorce was finalized in Panama City Aug. 23.

And the mortgage holder, according to the records, is a shadowy company with no apparent capital, JRD Florida Ventures LLC. The corporation’s registered agent is none other than one of his former wife’s six divorce lawyers, Dennis Belcher.

Woods, the mortgage shows, used the Jupiter Island property, Sand Turtle, to secure the loan — which means that Nordegren could end up with that Motel 6-style crib if he doesn’t pay up. The document was actually notarized by Tom Sasser, Woods’ West Palm Beach-based divorce attorney.

Ross, and George

Surprise, surprise!

Radio personality Jennifer Ross, who was canned a year ago from WRMF-97.9 FM’s morning show and replaced by younger, cheaper talent, is returning to the station — but not to the airwaves.

Ross, 52, is scheduled to take over as director of community affairs next week, said station boss Elizabeth Hamma. The job’s description is unclear. Hamma declined to comment further.

In an email to Page2Live, Ross wrote:  “I’m thrilled about the opportunity.  As you know, I’ve always been committed to the community, as has WRMF, so this is the perfect opportunity for me.  I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship with the WRMF team and great things for the future.”

A station insider who asked not to be identified said the move makes sense for both WRMF and the woman who ruled local morning radio for 25 years.

Jupiter Island songbird Celine Dion, 42, is said to have undergone emergency surgery in an area hospital Thursday night after she appeared she’d be giving birth to her twins three months early.

The reports in today’s French press mention that the Canadian singer of My Heart Will Go On was at her new home on the island when she felt ill. When Dion arrived at an unnamed hospital, reports in Europe claim that Dion’s cervix was dilated.

The births would have occurred if it hadn’t been for a minor surgical procedure to close it up.

The chanteuse is due in November. She and her 68-year-old husband, Rene Angelil, received fertility treatments for months, and she miscarried several times on her way to conceiving twin boys.

Her publicist in the United States, meanwhile, denied that Dion’s pregnancy has been troublesome.

“She is 100 percent healthy and at home,” Kim Jakwerth wrote in an email to Page2Live. “I have been speaking to both Rene and Celine weekly and everything is going great. It is very disturbing to have to respond to such malicious reports.”

Life goes on for newly single Elin Nordegren on the week she divorced golfer Tiger Woods and granted a cozy, softball interview to People magazine about her crowded marriage.

Still surrounded by bodyguards, the 30-year-old was just photographed exiting a pediatrician’s office near Orlando with her and Woods’ two children. (above)

Elin, meanwhile, is not the only one squawking about her world falling apart. Miss Congeniality star Sandra Bullock is scheduled to sit down with Today’s Matt Lauer Tuesday to discuss her pending divorce from philandering motorcycle builder Jesse James.

“They arrived at about 1 p.m.,” said Kim Gibson, judicial assistant to Judge Judy Pittman Biebel. The judge pronounced Woods and the mother of his two children, Elin Nordegren, free from their marital ties.

“By 1:15 p.m., they were gone. They were in and out.”

So, how did something that takes years for some couples take just 900 seconds flat for the Woods?

“They were all in agreement on everything,” Gibson said. “They were prepared. We’d do the same thing for anyone else who’s prepared.”

In his shopping-cart: juice boxes for the kids of his new galpal, Kirsten Kutner; and six bottles of $40-Far Niente Chardonnay.

I can only surmise that Costco ran out of the Greg Norman Estates beverage that’s made him more money than golf!

At a time when he should be collecting social security checks, Palm Beach rocker Rod Stewart is collecting babies!

Stewart is soon to become a dad for the eighth time, at the ripe age of 65.

The golden-tonsiled singer announced today he and his wife, model-shutterbug Penny Lancaster, are expecting their second child together. Lancaster’s 39, and she’s been hitched to the singer of Maggie May and Baby Jane for three years.

The couple’s first-born is 4-year-old Alastair.

In a statement, Stewart and Lancaster described themselves as “thrilled” and “delighted” to tell the little one he’s about to be a big brother.

The baby is expected in February, right on time for Stewart’s yearly three-month pilgrimage to his $22.7 million-Palm Beach beachfronter.

Stewart has six other children with two previous wives and two baby mamas.

One of embattled golfer Tiger Woods‘ ex-mistresses, hardcore porn star/stripper Joslyn James, is hitting him close to his home!

James, 32, will be performing full nude strip shows at the West Palm Beach bosom bazaar T’s Lounge through this weekend. That’s about 25 miles south from the Jupiter Island house that Woods is set to move into within the next few weeks.

“I’m aware of that,” James said Thursday as she prepared to get on stage. “Makes it more interesting, doesn’t it?”

James is one of two porn stars who announced that they, along with at least 13 other women, had affairs with Woods behind wife Elin Nordegren’s back.

James has been one of the most vocal among Tiger’s girls, telling the world that Woods impregnated her twice (she had abortions) and releasing dozens of spicy e-mail exchanges with the former world’s No. 1 golfer.

And she’s also been the quickest one to cash in on her temporary fame.

Since November, when a strange accident near Woods’ house near Orlando kicked off the saga of Woods’ extra-marital action, James has been traveling the country to perform in strip bars. That’s when she’s not filming XXX flicks. She recently finished The 11th Hole, in which she re-enacts with Woods lookalikes some of the bedroom romps that she claims she had with the golfer.

“The film got great reviews,” deadpans James, who doesn’t seem to have much of a sense of humor.

Songbird Celine Dion isn’t making friends on Jupiter Island.

The waterpark that the Canadian singer of My Heart Will Go On built on her Jupiter Island property has caused the ire of the quietly rich, old-money residents on the exclusive barrier island — and the secretive ouster of the government official who approved the project.

Director of Planning, Zoning and Building Jeff Newell, 61, one of the town’s best-liked department heads, resigned suddenly in June as occupancy certificates for Dion’s house were being drawn.

Newell’s exit papers include conditions that he not criticize the town’s administration or reach out to town employees, as well as two letters of reprimand for work he did on Dion’s construction. They indicate Newell’s departure from the $102,743-a-year job may not have been totally his choice. Newell will be paid until September as part of his severance deal.

In documents obtained by Page2Live, Town Manager Gene Rauth opined in one of his reprimands that the permits for Dion’s $1 million private waterpark should not have been approved!

Thing is: There’s nothing the town government wants to do about it now!

Someone else with local ties has signed on for the upcoming Celebrity Rehab: Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods‘ mistress No. 1.

Uchitel, who grew up in the family of a Palm Beach-based Midwest banker, starts filming the VH1 show made famous by host Dr. Drew Pinsky next month, for a late fall airing.

Several reports claim Uchitel met with the good doctor Friday in Beverly Hills and declined his invitation at first. But when producers threw in another $250,000 to beef up her jackpot to $500,000, Uchitel agreed. Uchitel is joining a motley crew who B- and C-listsers already signed: former model Janice Dickinson, former teen idol Leif Garrett, Party of Five’s Jeremy London, The Hills‘ Jason Wahler, Internet pinup Tila Tequila and Playboy playmate Shauna Sand.
