Tiger Woods and his mom after his televised apology (Click on the photo for more)

Embattled golfer Tiger Woods is building a whole lot of homes for a whole lot of people these days.

Woods’ company, ETW, financed his public relations man Glenn Greenspan’s modest $1 million-dwelling in Stuart.

A Scandinavian-looking house is going up just south, on Jupiter Island, from blue prints bearing the specs of Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren.

And, according to recent paperwork filed in Palm Beach County, the 22,000-square-foot crib he’s building for his mom, Tida, is moving along quite nicely.

Usually a quiet presence by her son’s side, Tida jumped into the fray with both feet at his made-for-TV apology Friday when she blasted the media treating Woods “like a criminal.”

Still, there’s nothing like the soon-to-be-reformed philandering fool to kick a down real estate market into gear!

Super Bowl XLIV: Rihanna, Justin Bieber rock Miami Beach

The Super Bowl Fan Jam, a free concert in Miami Beach, brought more than 30,000 people on the sand off Deco Drive Thursday night. Headliner Rihanna performed every single one of her big tunes, including Disturbia and Russian Roulette, for fans who started lining up at 4 p.m.  Teen sensation Justin Bieber, Timbaland, Keri Hilson and Jojo also played to a young crowd in the traditional pre-Super Bowl festival. There’s more tonight on the same stage, with Nelly Furtado and Latin pop star Paulina Rubio. On Saturday, the Super Bowl music scene shifts to Fort Lauderdale, with headliners Barenaked Ladies. Lambiet’s Lunch: Charlie Sheen loses his shirt; Megan Fox finds a home

Jordan and Sheen filming a Hanes commercial

Jordan and Sheen filming a Hanes commercial

– Sitcom star Charlie Sheen, whose Two and a Half Men is broadcast on Channel 12-WPEC Monday at 9 p.m., is losing his shirt and undies. Literally. Underwear maker Hanes announced it’s pulling all TV ads featuring Sheen and soon-to-be Jupiter resident Michael Jordan, the former NBA star. According to hollywoodlife.com, the move is a result of Sheen’s arrest for allegedly choking his Palm Beach-raised wife, Brooke Mueller, on Christmas morning. Hanes spokesman Matt Hall told the BBC: “It’s a pretty standard, straightforward call when somebody who’s in your commercials is arrested on suspicion of something of this magnitude. And we would suspend the ads, both for the company and, really, for Mr Sheen and his family as well.”

– Former Port S. Lucie cheerleader Megan Fox, as in Transformers and the gory Jennifer’s Body, is spending some of her Hollywood millions. Click here to see shots of the breathtaking Los Angeles abode she just bought herself, for $3 million. The 23-year-old gets a view of the Pacific during the day, and the glitter of downtown L.A. at night. I’m sure she misses PSL terribly.

Art Basel, the Fins game and Timbaland’s CD release kept paparazzi on their toes this weekend.

In addition to bicycling great Lance Armstrong, clothier Calvin Klein and actor Val Kilmer, Art Basel in Miami Beach also lured the likes of retired tennis star John McEnroe and his rocker wife, Patti Smyth, Rambo Sly Stallone, flawless-looking burlesque performer Dita Von Teese and some members of the L.A. famous-for-no-good-reason crowd, like Brandon Davis.

Saturday night’s Timbaland party for the release of his new CD, Shock Value II, gathered ageless super model Elle McPherson and reality TV star Kelly Bensimon, of The Real Housewives of New York City, to LIV nightclub in Miami Beach.

To complete the three-ring circus, the Miami Dolphins game saw its share of in-folks, including singer/actress JLo, CNN squawker Larry King and Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry, who missed the rehearsal of his pre-game concert because he overslept on the tour bus. Still sounded pretty good in the hypnotic reggae rendition of Dream On.
