Where the Boys Are actress singer and actress Connie Francis (above), aka Concetta Rosa Maria Franconero, was honored by Il Circolo, the Italian American Society of the Palm Beaches, as Woman of the Year Sunday night in Palm Beach.

The group picked Francis, 72, as her 1950-60s songs found renewed interest over the past months because of the 50th anniversary of the ground-breaking teen cult movie.

To a male fan at a table who shouted “We love you!,” an unflappable Francis replied: “I love you, too! Where were you when I married all those stiffs?” (Francis was married and divorced four times.)

The singer of such classics as Who’s Sorry Now and Where’s Your Heart lives part-time in a downtown West Palm Beach highrise.

Among the 200-plus at the wingding: Catholic Diocese of Palm Beach Bishop Gerald Barbarito; Consul General of Italy Marco Rocca; and Palm Beach philanthropist John Scarpa.

Today show Hoda’s new beau a Boca Raton lawyer?

Blumenkopf

Blumenkopf

Today personality Hoda Kotb has been trying her darnedest to keep her new man’s identity under the radar, but even her best isn’t good enough for Page2Live.

Meet Boca Raton lawyer and single dad of two Jay Blumenkopf, the corporate law guru who, sources say, has been sharing the NBC morning star’s life for the past six months.

With Kathie Lee Gifford on Today’s fourth hour Monday through Friday, the oft-imitated (on Saturday Night Live) but-never-duplicated Hoda has been squawking about how sweet and gentlemanly her “Jay” is.

Never, however, has she mentioned his last name.

But insiders at the New York/Boca lawfirm of Yoss LLP tell me Blumenkopf has been telling his colleagues he’s da man!

“You could say he’s pretty proud of himself,” one informant told me. “So he makes no secret of it.”

When I called Hoda, 46, in her New York City condo to confirm, what had started as a pleasant conversation was cut short when I brought up Blumenkopf’s name. Hoda’s publicist declined comment. And neither Blumenkopf nor his daughters have returned calls or emails.

Introducing: The new Charlie’s Angels!

A remake of the iconic 1970s series about three crime-fighting hotties and their mysterious boss Charlie is being filmed in Miami Beach and Miami.

It stars (above, from left to right) General Hospital’s Annie Ilonzeh, 27; former Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly, 30; and Aussie Rachael Taylor, 26.

Taylor (left), who had small roles in flicks like Transformers, plays the daughter of a Wall Street crook who’s an expert thief herself.

Kelly, also known as New York Yankees star Derek Jeter’s main squeeze, plays a former Marine who’s the crew’s hand-to-hand combat guru.

And Ilonzeh, who was on the soap General Hospital for the past year, is the series’ martial arts hot shot.

The three were cast in January. ABC is scheduled to premiere the show in the fall.

Rumor is that Hollywood legend Robert Wagner will be Charlie, although that has yet to be confirmed.

Incidentally, the project is bankrolled by Drew Barrymore, one of the angels with Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu on the two Charlie’s Angels movies.

It remains to be seen whether these newbies can hold a candle to the originals: Farrah Fawcett (below, left), Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson.

Page2Live sold his “package” to tennis star Venus Williams (above).

Let me explain.

The elder of the Williams sisters attended a ladies’ luncheon for Easter Seals at The Gardens Mall March 11 in Palm Beach Gardens. And organizers had Page2Live walk through the champagne-sipping, well-heeled crowd, then on a fashion runway, with a silver tray holding the “package” for sale.

On my tray of donated items: Tory Burch sandals; Ilori sunglasses; and a two-night stay at the Singer Island Beach Resort.

Venus, who lives at the nearby BallenIsles with sister Serena, bought the goodies for $1,500!

Pretty boy Jay Cashmere (left), the new WFLX-Channel 29 news anchor, booty-shook and shimmied down the runway to the music of Jennifer LopezLet’s Get Loud.

With about 200 women cheering him on while the bidding climbed to $1,500 for peep-toed  Salvatore Ferragamo pumps, dinner for two at Pistache in West Palm Beach and tickets to a show at the Kravis. Sold, to local lady Heidi Ruewah!

Sex at the Palm Beach Pops: Vulgarity rules in lawsuit against Maestro Bob Lappin

Lappin

Lappin

Put on your hip-waders for this one.

The federal lawsuit brought against Palm Beach Pops maestro and founder Bob Lappin by former orchestra general manager Jill Kaplan is oozing some serious sleaze.

With the case headed to a July trial, the revelations of sexual shenanigans at the highbrow orchestra — including late-night nudity and sex at the institution’s West Palm Beach office — are coming fast and furious.

And so is evidence that include receipts for battery-operated sex toys that the maestro allegedly bought for ex-underling Kaplan!

There are also depositions about the usage of such toys, the number of times the maestro received oral sex and public displays of affection in front of musicians.

“We are vigorously defending the claims,” said attorney Keith Sonderling, who represents both the non-profit orchestra and the 71-year-old Lappin.

Kaplan, 49, filed a federal lawsuit a year ago alleging that Lappin, who’s also the orchestra’s CEO, dangled the non-profit’s health benefits as incentive to keep her on the job so that they could continue their affair.
