The fringe benefits of being one of South Florida’s best-known breast augmentation specialists apparently include having celebs show up at your bash! Dr. Lenny Roudner, who considers himself a breast artiste, threw one of his famous blowouts at his $5 million-Hibiscus Island pad near Miami the other day. Not just one, but four reality television shows based in South Florida could be polluting the airwaves by fall.

“I guess that makes us the reality TV capital of America,” said Miami-Dade County Film Commish Jeff Peel. “We’ll take it.”

The Real Housewives of Miami, a Bravo production that’s been on and off for months, is definitely back on, Page2Live has learned.

And if you like your boob-tube really trashy, then you’ll be happy to know that the new season of Jersey Shore — the MTV show starring yutes, I mean youths, who would’ve made great extras on The Sopranos — is going to be filmed in Miami Beach.

And then, the Kardashian sisters‘ Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami is well into production of its second season. And Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club is scheduled to kick off production of its new season in Miami next month.

Nineteen-year-old Hollywood up-and-comer Shenae Grimes, who’s been causing a stir as Annie Wilson in the CW’s 90210, stopped by Florida International University last night on her L.e.i. jeans search for “model citizens.”

Is it because she’s on the cover of Playboy this month that the hottest of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City, Kelly Bensimon, fell out of her bikini top? Bensimon, 41, was showing off that hard body for the paparazzi in Miami Beach when the wardrobe malfunction just happened. A top down on South Beach? That’s sorta like bringing beer to Milwaukee!

International Polo Club Palm Beach founder John Goodman, whose alleged killing of a 23-year-old man in a car crash last month is still under investigation, was nowhere to be found among those who paid homage to high-profile South Florida attorney Roy Black.

Funny thing, because when it comes to celebrities attending The Blacks’ Annual Gala in Miami Beach Saturday night, Black and his wife Lea can always count on those he extracted from the criminal justice system. And yes, there may be some of future clients of Black’s there, too.

Girls Gone Wild’s Joe Francis was one of them. He once had tax and public morals problems, but Black made it all better. So he came to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach for the big party.

“He wins every case,” Francis said. “His approach is different from other lawyers, partly because he never worked for the government as a prosecutor. He believes in your case 100 percent, and I don’t know any other who does that.”

Three-time Indianapolis and Dancing With The Stars winner Helio Castroneves showed up. Black got him out of his little tax evasion issue last year.

Yet John Goodman, who could soon be facing DUI and manslaughter accusations but hasn’t been charged, was MIA.

And who could blame him?

Roy Black, after all, kicked off the open bar, three-course fiesta with this announcement to the 1,000-plus guests who’d paid up to $1,000 each: “If you guys don’t get drunk and dance on the tables, then this party has failed!”

Oscar winning actor Sean Penn checked into the Fontainebleau resort in Miami Beach early Sunday, after more than a month of work on the relief effort in earthquake-ravaged Haiti.

Now the star of Mystic River and Milk, 49, is spending several days in the fancy hotel, which at $500 a night is a far cry from what Penn saw in Haiti. That country’s best hotel, the Montana, collapsed in the Jan. 12 catastrophe, and most relief workers have been staying in tents.

Penn was checking in about 1 a.m. with his 18-year-old daughter, Dylan, and a half dozen teenagers who obviously also worked on the relief effort.

“They all looked like a road crew, dirty and tired,” my spy tells me. “Obviously, they were in a serious need of a shower and some down time. They seemed to be happy to have returned to the States but Sean particularly looked beat.

“Fans were congratulating him on his work, and he just said ‘Thanks!’”

Penn is at the head of the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization, and flew to Haiti Jan. 21. He has been credited with saving several lives from buildings that collapsed in aftershocks.

Rap superstar Jay-Z, a.k.a. the 40-year Brooklyn native Shawn Carter, launched his North American tour at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise Saturday night with a pulsating two-hour show. Jay-Z, who’s married to R&B songbird Beyonce, performed most of his hits for a sold-out crowd, including 99 Problems and I Just Wanna Love U.  Click here, or on the photo, for more.

In the wake of her announcement that she’ll be returning to Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace next year for another three-year gig, Jupiter resident pop star Celine Dion watched the premiere of her concert flick, Celine: Through The Eyes of the World, Tuesday night at the Regal South Beach in Miami Beach. She was surrounded by family, including husband Rene Angelil, their boy, Rene-Charles, and mom Therese. Click here for more photos.

Even if Super Bowl XLIV already took its place in NFL history books, some celebs are lingering behind in South Florida. Not that anyone would be unhappy about that, especially when it comes to 90210 hottie AnnaLynne McCord. McCord, by the way, appeared at Transformers director Michael Bay’s house party in Miami Beach Saturday night attached to ex-boyfriend Kellan Lutz, one of the hunky vampires on the Twilight saga. The Fergie-licious Black Eyed Peas got the Playboy Super Bowl party really kicking at the Sagamore Hotel in crowded Miami Beach early Sunday.

Singer Fergie and bandmates will.i.am and apl.de.ap materialized at the overcrowded shindig a couple hours after the band’s big concert at downtown Miami’s American Airlines Arena. They briefly mingled with the crowd, including playmates, scantily-clad models and celebs like actor Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix) before hopping on stage of a set.

Will.i.am and apl.de.ap took over the d.j. booth with Fergie intoning the fist-pumping hit  I Gotta Feeling, along with many of the 2,000-plus guests.
