Jupiter Island golfer Tiger Woods‘ secret divorce settlement may be so expensive that he had to mortgage his home to pay for it!

Official records that just popped up in Martin County hint that Woods will have to pay ex-wife Elin Nordegren $54 million by January 2016 — or risk losing the house he spent five years building.

How do I know?

The philandering golf-club swinger took out a $54 million-mortgage last Wednesday, two days after his quickie divorce was finalized in Panama City Aug. 23.

And the mortgage holder, according to the records, is a shadowy company with no apparent capital, JRD Florida Ventures LLC. The corporation’s registered agent is none other than one of his former wife’s six divorce lawyers, Dennis Belcher.

Woods, the mortgage shows, used the Jupiter Island property, Sand Turtle, to secure the loan — which means that Nordegren could end up with that Motel 6-style crib if he doesn’t pay up. The document was actually notarized by Tom Sasser, Woods’ West Palm Beach-based divorce attorney.

“They arrived at about 1 p.m.,” said Kim Gibson, judicial assistant to Judge Judy Pittman Biebel. The judge pronounced Woods and the mother of his two children, Elin Nordegren, free from their marital ties.

“By 1:15 p.m., they were gone. They were in and out.”

So, how did something that takes years for some couples take just 900 seconds flat for the Woods?

“They were all in agreement on everything,” Gibson said. “They were prepared. We’d do the same thing for anyone else who’s prepared.”

The pending divorce of a husband and his wife, both West Palm Beach cops, spilled into their workplace recently.

The husband, Police Officer Steve Detter, 49, complained that his wife, Community Response Division Sgt. Wendy Detter, 48, searched his workstation for his girlfriend’s phone number then called her — while on duty.

Steve also told the brass he was worried Wendy would confront the paramour in person, and that Wendy has been checking out the girlfriend’s Facebook page from her city-owned computer.

So Internal Affairs got involved. And Wendy — winner in 2000 of The Palm Beach Post’s Distinguished Law Officer of the Year — was found to have used Facebook while on duty.

She faces a three-day suspension.

Wendy told the IA sleuths that she just wanted to print the Facebook entries of the husband’s paramour about romantic trips to use in their divorce. She added that she, not the paramour, is the victim of cyberstalking.

The buzz in Tigerland these days is that Rachel Uchitel, the woman known as Tiger Woods‘ mistress No. 1, is about to do a nude spread in Playboy magazine.

Uchitel, 35, a New York nightclub hostess who spent several months in Palm Beach with her family when the scandal exploded earlier this year, was the first woman outed as a Woods mistress. That occurred when questions about the golfer’s mysterious car accident in Windermere at Thanksgiving started swirling.

Word is Uchitel signed a deal with Hugh Hefner’s people that gives her the right to cancel the photo shoot and edit the pictures. Insiders indicated she won’t go full frontal like a centerfold, and will bare only her surgically-enhanced breasts.

Joslyn James, 32, who says she was impregnated by Woods twice then released sex-soaked e-mails that Woods allegedly wrote to her during their three-year fling, is among a slew of porn stars scheduled to appear. There’ll also be seminars about the sex industry, like the one that teaches folks about the behind-the-scenes of the biz as well as the basics of being a porn actor and fashion shows.

Today host Matt Lauer, who helped raise millions for Hospice of Palm Beach County by headlining a star-studded gala and golf tournament at The Breakers for the past 11 years, is in the eye of the storm — Tiger Woods-style.

The star host of the morning NBC show reportedly moved out on his wife and kids two months ago in New York City amid allegations of philandering.

Lauer, 52, is believed to have gotten cozy with several hotties during the latest Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C. And his wife of 12 year, Dutch-born Annette Roque, figured out something was weird when he stayed in Canada for several days after his Olympic crew returned to New York, and missed St. Valentine’s Day.

Lauer, who relishes talking about the couple’s three children on-the-air, supposedly has been living alone since mid-February.

Embattled golfer Tiger Woods is hiring an entire team of lawyers and money managers to deal with the future of his broken relationship with wife Elin Nordegren, and how it will affect their two children.

And Page2Live confirmed through an impeccable source that two West Palm Beach divorce lawyers are set to be involved at one time or another. And while neither Woods nor his wife has filed, observers expect  the process will start sometime this year.

Thomas Sasser, who represented NASCAR ace Jeff Gordon in his 2002 divorce from first wife Brooke, has been tapped to handle the international aspect of the Woods split.

Former nanny Nordegren is Swedish, and the couple’s children are expected to spend plenty of time in the land of the midnight sun.

“Tom is a bright young lawyer whose niche has become international custody disputes,” the source said. “It makes a lot of sense to bring him in when it comes to these very narrow issues.

“Tom has been told to come up with an agreement that would allow the children to move to Sweden with their Swedish mother while preserving Tiger’s rights . . . and to make sure whatever agreement they sign would be enforceable in Europe and the United States.”

In 2003, Sasser represented local millionaire Fred Keller in his divorce from his German wife, Rose. Bitterness over the case led Keller to kill Rose. The elderly Keller died in prison in 2007 while serving a life sentence.

Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade’s ongoing divorce case is getting stranger by the day.

A week after the baller’s soon-to-be-ex-wife filed a lawsuit against Wade’s mistress, two-bit actress Gabrielle Union, a judge ordered sheriff’s deputies to find and arrest the mother of Wade’s two boys. Siohvaughn Wade failed to materialize for Monday’s divorce hearing in the couple’s hometown of Chicago.

Exasperated by a pattern of erratic behavior, the judge also ordered Siohvaughn to pay a $10,000-bond to regain her freedom if the deputies find her, according to the Associated Press.

UPDATE: Siohvaughn turned herself in Tuesday morning, paid her bond and was released an hours later.

Dwyane Wade’s attorneys were planning to ask for the custody of the boys at Monday’s hearing, which was postponed.

The new Sheila in Jupiter Island golf legend Greg Norman’s life may not be that new after all.

Aussie Norman, 55, reportedly cheated on his longtime wife Laura Andrassy in the mid-1990s with the then-26-year-old hottie Kirsten Kutner.

And Kutner is none other than the Australian interior designer whom the Great White Shark recently introduced as his new squeeze — within days of finalizing his divorce with wife No. 2, Boca tennis great Chris Evert.

“There’s a lot more to that relationship (Norman’s with Kutner) than anyone would know,” Andrassy told Page2Live last month. She didn’t provide details in order to abide with a confidentiality clause in the $120 million-divorce settlement she signed with Norman.

But this is what she meant: In a bombshell article titled “Greg Norman’s ex-wives: He betrayed us both!” in the Oz tabloid Woman’s Day, Norman is alleged to have cheated on both Andrassy and Evert with Kutner!

Hours after more details surfaced about an alleged affair that rocker Bruce Springsteen had with a New Jersey housewife, he and his missus had a wet lunch in Palm Beach then went shopping on Worth Avenue.

I’m told the Boss, 60, and wife/backup singer Patti Scialfa, who winter in Wellington, visited the rocker-chic women’s clothing boutique Gypsy about 3 p.m. Monday. And while the singer of Born in the USA and Human Touch patiently waited, Scialfa tried out more than a dozen of the shop’s funky outfits and vintage jewelry.

“They’re the cutest couple ever,” said a clerk at the Palm Beach store who wouldn’t give her name. “Doesn’t matter what the papers say. He adores her. They’re always together.”

The clerk, however, said the giggly twosome obviously had one too many at lunch.

“You could tell,” she said. “They were feeling no pain! Bruce spent a lot of money but I can’t tell how much.”
