Troubled Jupiter Island golfer Tiger Woods is putting his mega yacht Privacy up for sale, Page2Live has learned.

A Woods camp insider is telling me the golfer originally offered the 155-foot Christensen ship to ex-wife Elin Nordegren as his wedding present in 2004.

But Nordegren turned down the yacht during divorce-settlement talks with philandering Woods last summer.

“She didn’t want it because the upkeep is incredibly expensive,” the source said.

With a permanent crew of 13, Privacy costs more than $2 million a year to maintain.

Woods had the vessel sailed south to Fort Lauderdale in the fall. It was dry-docked in a yard for two months to paint the hull and re-surface the deck.

Privacy is now back at its home-port in North Palm Beach’s Old Port Cove, and Woods is shopping for a broker to list it for $25 million.

Golfer Tiger Woods is back on the dating scene, and somehow landed a pretty, 22-year-old graduate student at West Palm Beach’s Northwood University, according to several unconfirmed news reports.

According to records the woman, identified as Alyse Lahti, lived down the street from Woods in Windermere, near Orlando, with her stepdad.

The stepdad, Alastair Johnston, is a high-ranking employee of IMG, the sports agency that represents Woods.

A woman at Johnston’s other home in Cleveland, where IMG is based, and where Lahti grew up, told Page2Live that Lahti no longer lives there and couldn’t be contacted. Lahti didn’t respond to emails asking for comment.

As a Northwood student, Lahti once again lives close to Woods, whose new home is in Jupiter Island.

With blue eyes and blonde hair Lahti, 13 years younger than Woods, bears a faint resemblance to Elin Nordegren, Woods’ ex-wife and the recent buyer of a $12.2 million-house at Seminole Landing in North Palm Beach.

Recovering sex-addict and golf champ Tiger Woods blogged today about how excited he is to move to his new Jupiter Island home, even if he messed up the name of the town he’s moving in.

And it appears he can’t wait to start practicing on the property’s four-hole, 3.5-acre course, which replicates big tournament scenarios with different species of turf and types of sand.

“Pretty soon, I’ll be moving into my new home in Jupiter, Fla.,” he wrote. “I’m excited about that and even more excited about my new practice facility.”

It’s the first time that Woods comments publicly about his $60 million homestead, which stretches from the ocean to the Intracoastal. And it’s a surprising move for the notoriously private Woods, who tried to hide the purchases of land starting in 2006 through corporate ownership.

By the way, Tiger, it’s not Jupiter! It’s Jupiter ISLAND, and it’s in Martin County.

On the blog, meanwhile, Woods kept most of his observations for his practice course, which he designed for any conceivable 150-yard shot. In addition to different turf species found on the PGA Tour, Woods ordered multiple heights of cut.

Former Tiger Woods mistress Joslyn James, a stripper and porn star who said she was impregnated twice by the then-married Jupiter Island golfer, re-entered relative anonymity since the Woods scandal faded away into cultural history.

But with the Honda Classic golf tournament in Palm Beach Gardens over the weekend, James popped up an hour south, in Miami Beach, and showed beyond a reasonable doubt that, when it comes to dudes, she moved on (above and below).

When Canadian singer Celine Dion showed off her palatial Jupiter Island home this week on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Erik Littleton got his three seconds of fame.

Unless you blink, you’ll spot him 3 minutes and 37 seconds into the video below. That’s him, the good looking guy with red shorts and the red rescue tube in the middle of Dion’s controversial waterpark.

Yes, Celine Dion has a private lifeguard, sometimes two, when her St. Marys-born infant twins and son Rene-Charles decide to try out the lazy river, the two water slides or the two giants pools.

Littleton, 30, is a Palm Beach County Ocean Lifeguard and an EMT based at the Juno Beach Pier who moonlights as lifeguard at the pools of local celebrities.

“When you have 30 people having fun in and around the pool, you don’t want to have the burden of making sure everyone is ok,” Littleton said. “That’s my job.”

Littleton was assigned to Dion after she hired Lifeguard Services Inc., a local company that provides private lifeguards. According to published reports, the company charges $59 an hour per lifeguard. Dion hires them one or two weeks at a time, mostly when she has visitors.
